The NSW Department of Lands is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of contract management services for the preparation of the HMAS Adelaide II as an artificial reef and dive site and the subsequent scuttling of the vessel of Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast.
Interested parties with specialist maritime industry contract management skills must submit their EOI conforming to the requirements as given in the Department of Lands’ documentation which can be downloaded below:

Ex HMAS Adelaide Projectt

The NSW Department of Lands is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties that wish to be considered for a short-list of potential tenderers for the ship preparation and scuttling contract for HMAS Adelaide.
The ex-HMAS Adelaide will be sunk as an artificial reef and recreational dive site off the Central Coast of NSW.
To ensure all interested parties receive addenda, parties must register their interest with the Project Manager, Ms Natalie Heise E: natalie.heise@lands.nsw.gov.au prior to downloading the document.
The attached document sets out the terms and conditions by which proponents may submit an EOI.
